PLEASE NOTE all orders are only subject to exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE!!!
Returns are ONLY accepted within 14 days of you receiving you’re order , the items must be..
• Returned in the same condition they were sent (this includes any protective packaging the item came in on delivery)
• They must be unworn / show no signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept back any swimwear / body suits or intimate items.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that we deem do not reach these requirements .
This includes make up stains , perfume, body odour etc.
* All return postage costs need to be covered by the customer.
* IT CAN TAKE UPTO 7 WORKING DAYS FOR US TO PROCESS ALL RETURNS , ONCE PROCESSED WE CAN THEN BEGIN THE EXCHANGE PROCESS OR ALTERNATIVELY SEND YOU YOU’RE STORE CREDIT*
REFUND INFORMATION.
If you have been offered a refund due to an ongoing order issue or we have accepted one for a faulty item , REFUNDS CAN TAKE 7-20 WORKING DAYS TO SHOW/CLEAR IN YOU’RE ACCOUNT (working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.)
You will be refunded to the card/account used when purchasing.
